statement of intent

Konnichiwa, my name is Chibi. I used to blog on another site (http://chiisaiko.blogspot.com/) about mundane daily events in Tokyo via doodle.


Since then I have changed cities and am now in Chicago,IL
which led me to embark on this crazy project to make myself a personal catalogue of the collection of the Art Institute of Chicago (that is on view).

Let me warn you that these images are gross bastardizations of the actual artworks and merely my own way of interacting with the pieces on the wall.
